Outstanding! Recommend: Beach walk to south end at low tide to explore the nooks and crannies, then walk to Pillar Point and back, then beach again at high tide for the seals. Make a day of it and you won’t regret it.

Be there around low tide or you will not be able to go along the beach. Be sure to visit both ends – they are really different.
